Postial’s Agency offer combines 15 brands and 5 users for €49/month including VAT, with one price that stays the same as clients join or leave. It fits a small agency seeking this specific workflow and German hosting, provided early-access availability meets its needs.
Planable is the stronger fit for agencies whose clients publish on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads or Google Business Profile today, and for teams wanting unlimited users per workspace and approval workflows from Optional up to multi-level on Enterprise. Agencies dependent on these capabilities should validate Postial’s narrower rollout before moving. [1]
Do not switch yet if a client needs a network outside the live Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram set, if you need Planable’s unlimited users per workspace or its multi-level approval chains, or if an early-access provider condition cannot be accepted. X, Threads, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook connections are not the same as a generally available publishing guarantee. [1]

It also makes no promise of automatic history import, and early-access provider connections remain subject to their conditions. [1]
On Agency, create a client approval link. The reviewer can inspect and decide without a Postial login; the approval result remains part of the post workflow.
Postial shows publishing status and clear errors, with retries available. Check the affected post, correct the provider or content issue, then retry; do not assume a failed post was published.
Run one client through the 14-day trial, verify each profile, and keep unsupported or early-access networks in the existing tool until your test succeeds.
List the client’s profiles, formats, scheduled posts and reviewers. Check which integrations and early-access features are live in your Postial workspace.
Start the 14-day trial without a card. Recreate a small set of drafts and, when enabled, test an Agency approval link with a reviewer. Check publishing status and recovery before expanding.
Reconnect supported profiles and rebuild schedules in small batches. Remove duplicate scheduled posts in the old tool. Keep unsupported networks there until Postial support is available; no automatic history import is promised.

Planable’s pricing page lists None and Optional approvals on Basic, adds Required approvals on Pro and lists multi-level approvals on Enterprise. Whether external reviewers can approve without a Planable account is not confirmed on that page. Postial provides login-free Agency client links that carry the approval decision.
