Connect and maintain channels
Connect Bluesky, Mastodon or Telegram and review connection health across your brands.
Steps
- Open Brands, select a brand and find Connect a channel.
- Follow the guide for Bluesky, Mastodon or Telegram below; enter only the credentials that guide requests.
- Confirm that the displayed account or channel belongs to the intended client.
- Open Channels to see connection health, the latest error and the last successful post.
- Use Reconnect when authorization expires; connect the same account to update its existing connection.
- Use the manual check when diagnosing a problem, at most once a minute. Automatic checks run daily.
Disconnect stops future publishing through that connection and removes its active credentials; it does not remove already published posts. X, Threads, LinkedIn and Instagram/Facebook are in preparation, subject to platform approval with no confirmed launch date. Check Roadmap for availability and the optional network waitlist.
