Your workspace
Keep your brands, team and subscription together in one workspace.
Steps
- Open Postial after signing in using an enabled sign-in method.
- If you have no memberships, your first visit creates a workspace and makes you its owner.
- Use the account menu to switch between workspaces you belong to; check the selected workspace before changing billing or integrations.
- Open Billing to start Checkout when you are ready to activate a plan or trial.
- Create your first brand, then connect a channel.
A new workspace has no publishing access until Stripe confirms the subscription. You can prepare drafts before activating access. Owners manage Team, Billing, API and workspace data; editors work on brands, channels and posts.
