Create your first post

Write a draft, check the network previews and choose when it can publish.

Steps

  1. Open Create a post and select a brand.
  2. Select the channels that should receive it. Reconnect inactive channels before scheduling.
  3. Write the text and optional link; check each network’s counter and preview.
  4. Upload up to four images and add descriptions for accessibility where supported.
  5. Save a draft to keep working, or choose a publishing date and time in the brand timezone.
  6. On Agency, enable client approval when required and share the generated approval link.
  7. Open the post’s status page after saving to follow each channel’s result.

Drafts never publish. A pending approval also blocks publication even after the scheduled time. Preview truncation is approximate and does not change your saved text. Content edits to an approved, unstarted post require approval again; use Reschedule for a date-only change. Posts with publishing attempts already started cannot be edited.

Duplicate on a post creates a new draft: it keeps content and channels but resets the schedule, approvals and publishing attempts.
